All payments are final
Payments for Solo, Featured, Group Practice and Clinic subscriptions, whether billed monthly or yearly, are final and are not refunded. Please choose the plan and billing period that suit your practice before you pay. Every plan is described in full on the therapist directory listing page, and you can check how your listing looks on the claim your therapist profile page before you subscribe.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund the current period, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your claimed profile stops appearing in concern, insurance and price filters, and your registry listing remains in the directory with the public registry fields only.
Moving to a lower plan takes effect from the next billing period, with no refund for the current one.
The only exceptions
We refund a payment only in these cases:
- A duplicate charge, where the same subscription was charged twice for the same period
- A proven unauthorized charge, where a payment was made without the permission of the card holder
- A complete failure of the service, where the paid service could not be used at all during the paid period because of a fault on our side
In these cases we refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
How to send a request
Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account, or include that address in your message. Please add:
- the email address of your account
- the date of the charge
- the amount, and a short description of the issue
We reply within 2 business days. If a request is approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method, and the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Consumers in the European Union
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For digital services, that right ends once the service has started with your express consent. At checkout you agree that the service starts immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once it does. Subscriptions for therapists and practices are generally bought for professional use, in which case consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.
Before you dispute a charge
If something looks wrong on your statement, please write to us first. Most questions about a charge can be answered quickly, and a dispute with your bank takes longer for everyone.
