Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it does not renew after that.
What happens to my profile after I cancel?
At the end of the paid period your profile returns to the basic registry listing, which shows only public NPI Registry data and the Unclaimed badge. You can claim it again whenever you like.
Are payments refundable?
Payments are final. Exceptions are limited to a duplicate charge, a proven unauthorized charge, or a complete failure of the service, as described in our refund policy.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every payment comes with an invoice in your account, and Clinic plans include invoicing for your accounts team.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Moving to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly charges the difference right away and applies the new plan once that payment goes through. Moving to a lower plan takes effect from the next billing period.
Why is yearly the default?
Yearly billing costs half as much per month, a saving of 50 percent on every plan, for practices that prefer to plan a year ahead.
