NearbyTherapy

Group practice directory listing built for practice owners

For practice owners and clinical directors, NearbyTherapy brings every clinician in your practice under one account. Each clinician gets a verified profile, the practice gets its own page, and new inquiries go to the right person by specialty and insurance, all on one invoice.

A practice page that connects your clinicians

Your practice page presents the practice as a whole: the locations you serve, the concerns your team works with, the insurance plans accepted across the practice and a link to every clinician profile. Patients who find one of your clinicians can see the rest of the team, and patients who find the practice can choose the clinician who fits.

Every clinician profile on the practice account is claimed and license verified individually, with its own photo, specialties, approaches, fees and format.

Inquiry routing by specialty and insurance

When a patient sends an inquiry from the practice page, the inquiry goes to the clinician whose specialties and accepted insurance match what the patient selected. If nobody matches exactly, it goes to the intake contact you choose. Routing rules are set by the practice owner and can be changed at any time.

  • Inquiries ask for first name, email, an optional phone number, preferred contact time, in person or online, and how the person plans to pay.
  • Senders are asked not to include medical details, and every email is confirmed with a code before delivery.
  • Each clinician receives inquiries by email with an SMS alert, and the practice sees all inquiries in one inbox.

Owner and staff roles

The practice owner manages billing, routing and who has access. Staff roles let an intake coordinator or office manager read and assign inquiries without access to billing. Clinicians edit their own profiles. When someone leaves the practice, you remove their access in one step and their profile returns to their own control.

  • CSV export of inquiries
  • Invoicing for your accounts payable process
  • A data processing addendum

What one new client is worth to a practice

For example, one new weekly client at a self-pay rate of about 150 USD per session is roughly 600 USD a month to the practice. The Group Practice plan costs 99 USD per month billed yearly for up to 10 clinicians. The arithmetic depends on your own rates, insurance mix and caseload, so run it with your numbers. We do not promise a number of inquiries.

Data handling your compliance lead will ask about

We collect only what an inquiry needs and never store session notes. Data is encrypted in transit, access follows the roles you set, and undelivered inquiries are deleted after 90 days. Clinic accounts receive a data processing addendum. Details are on the security page.

How to set up your practice

Can we have more than one location

Yes, on the Clinic plan. Each location has its own address and appears on the matching city pages.

Is there one invoice for the whole practice
