Claim your therapist profile, starting with your listing
Your listing is probably already in our directory, built from the public NPPES NPI Registry. Look it up with your NPI number or your name and state, see exactly what patients see today, and compare it with your claimed profile.
Check your listing
Search by NPI number, or by first name, last name and state.
We look up public registry records only. Nothing you enter here is shown on your listing.
Something went wrong on our side. Please try again in a moment. If it keeps happening, write to [email protected].
This is how patients see your listing today
Your registry listing shows your name, credential, practice address, city, state, practice phone, NPI, and your license number and state when the registry holds them. It carries the "Unclaimed" badge and a "Call the practice" button.
Unclaimed listings do not appear when patients filter by concern, insurance or price. They appear below claimed profiles under "More licensed providers in" followed by your city.

We did not find a listing with these details
Check the spelling of your name and the state of your practice address in your NPPES record, or search by your NPI number instead. Listings include individual providers with an active NPI and a behavioral health taxonomy such as counselor, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist or psychologist.
If your NPI record was created or changed recently, it appears after our next monthly registry refresh. You can still create your account now and add your NPI.
Where this listing comes from
Every listing in our directory is built from the NPPES NPI Registry, a public federal record maintained by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The lookup on this page queries the public NPI Registry, and our directory refreshes from the full registry file every month. We show only registry fields on unclaimed listings, and we do not store mailing addresses. Read more on the data sources page.
If any detail is wrong, or you prefer not to be listed, you can request a correction or removal. Requests are handled within 2 business days.
What happens after you claim
You create an account with your email and a password and confirm your email with a six digit code. We then compare your NPI, license number and license state with the registry and with your state board public lookup. The steps are explained on the therapist license verification page.
Plans start at 24 USD per month billed yearly, with a flat price, no per-client fee and no cut of your session fees. Compare plans on the therapist directory listing page.
Is checking my listing free
Yes. Anyone can check a listing without an account. A subscription starts only when you claim the profile and choose a plan.
Can someone else claim my profile
A profile is verified only when the NPI, license number and license state match public records, and the claiming email is confirmed. If you think someone has claimed your listing, write to [email protected].
Can I remove my listing instead
Yes. Use the request a correction or removal page. A removal hides the listing after your email is confirmed and the NPI matches.
